FOLLOW THESE STEPS WHEN LEASING OUR PROPERTY
1. Review our Rental List here or you may access it on
the phone by calling 904-771-2345 and selecting 2, then select 300.
The entire list will then be read to you. We have already received
applications on some of the homes on the list, but cannot take them off
the list until we receive a deposit. Ask the agent at the desk if any of
the homes on the list are now waiting for the deposit to come in.
2. Check out a key and inspect the property. A key deposit of $20.00 is
required and will be refunded when the key is returned.
3. After inspecting the property and determining that it will meet your
needs, the second step is to completely fill out our application form
making sure that you provide all telephone numbers for past and present
employers.
A $30.00 Credit
Report Fee is required along with your application. When handing in your
Application, be sure to include the Date & Time to establish your
priority.
4. If your application is approved, but
you do not need the property immediately, you may hold it with a deposit
for a period not to exceed 15 days. Remember the property is still on
the market until it is rented or a deposit is taken.
5. After you have rented the property, a
move-in inspection should be scheduled Monday through Friday between the
hours of 9:30AM until 3:30PM.
